A Freeburg man is charged with stalking a Cole County woman after allegedly calling her more than 100 times in a three-day period in July.
Luke Bland, 39, also is accused of putting sugar in the victim's gas tank.
The victim had an order of protection against Bland to keep him from harassing her.
He had earlier been found guilty of stalking the victim in January.
Authorities have been unable to contact Bland about these incidents.
