Man wearing Obama mask arrested after bank robbery (VIDEO)

MERRIMACK, N.H. (AP) - Police have made an arrest in a bank robbery in the New Hampshire town of Merrimack.

Authorities say 52-year-old John Griffin of Newport was arrested Wednesday.

He's accused of robbing the Bank of America branch around 10:30 Wednesday morning. Police say a man wearing a President Obama mask, suit coat and tie demanded money from a teller and then left with an undetermined amount of cash.

Police say they were able to find a man matching the robber's description coming from behind a business in the area. Authorities say it was determined that the man had robbed the bank and was carrying a loaded handgun. Griffin was arrested without incident.

He was being held on $75,000 bail. It was not immediately known if he was being represented by a lawyer.
