Calvary dumps Chamois

CHAMOIS, Mo. — Calvary Lutheran rolled to a 25-14, 25-17 victory against Chamois on Thursday night.

Kara Bernskoetter led the way with 15 points and nine aces. Emily Layson had four kills, Jessica Stark added five assists, Krista Stanford had six digs and Katie Goodin registered two blocks.

Calvary (1-1) begins play in the SEMO Tournament today in Cape Girardeau.

Calvary won the JV match 25-8, 25-11 to improve to 2-0.

McKenzie Schulte paced the Lady Lions with 10 points and six aces. Brooke Rollins had 10 points and six assists, Kelly Rakow collected four digs and Jenna Fischer added two kills.
