Beginning Monday, Missouri River Regional Library will lock its drive-up drop box at the main library on days when the library is closed.
This change is meant to prevent damage to materials that are often caused by over-filled drop boxes on holidays.
The drop box to the left of the entrance at the main library and drop boxes located across Cole and Osage counties will still be accessible on holidays. The library requests that you do not leave materials on top of the drop box or outside of the library. Patrons are responsible for items they have checked out, and will be held responsible if those items are damaged or stolen.
