Lewis and Clark volleyball splits

The Lewis and Clark Lady Blazers split a doubleheader with Camdenton on Tuesday.

The A team came away with a 25-18, 25-17 victory to improve to 8-2 on the season.

Stephanie Fisher led the way with six aces, Kelsey Bartlett had five aces and four assists and Emily Reinsch added six digs.

The B team lost 25-18, 22-25, 26-28 to fall to 3-3.

Alexa Gray paced the squad with 11 aces and three kills. Haylee Backues had four aces and two kills while Hannah Kempker and Jessie Rhoads both had three digs.

Both teams are back in action Thursday at Thomas Jefferson.
