Dear Editor:
I guess Mr. Dyke's cartoon Tuesday, about the shutdown, was written from the perspective of the senators and representatives, whose pay will not be affected, not from the perspective of the hundreds of thousands of federal worker in the DoD, Veteran's Affairs, and law enforcement who will have their pay delayed or be involuntarily furloughed, without pay.
Some jokes are funnier than others.
