HUNTSVILLE, Mo. (AP) — The president of the Missouri Federation of Police Chiefs has been found dead, and a coroner says the death was not due to natural causes.

Stuck was 64 years old and had been in law enforcement for more than 25 years. The death was confirmed by the police department, the sheriff's department and Randolph County Coroner Gerald Luntsford, who says foul play has not been ruled out.
