SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) - Jewell Loyd scored 22 points, Lindsay Allen had 15 and No. 6 Notre Dame defeated Valparaiso 96-46 on Saturday.

Loyd had 14 points in the first half and helped fuel an early second-half run that put the game out of reach. She rested for the final 12:50.

The Irish shot 53 percent from the field and outrebounded Valparaiso 49-22. Notre Dame (3-0) also forced 24 turnovers.

Notre Dame inducted former star Skylar Diggins into its Ring of Honor in a pregame ceremony. Diggins, now with the WNBA's Tulsa Shock, watched from the front row opposite the Irish bench.

Notre Dame closed the first half with a 19-5 run to open a 46-24 lead.

Liz Horton scored 11 points for the Crusaders (0-3).

No. 20 OKLAHOMA STATE 87, NORTHERN COLORADO 51

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) - Tiffany Bias scored 18 points and dished out seven assists as Oklahoma State defeated Northern Colorado.

There was a moment of silence prior to the game to honor four lives lost in a plane crash on Nov. 17, 2011; former head coach Kurt Budke, assistant coach Miranda Serna and former state Sen. Olin Branstetter and his wife Paula.

Bias made 6 of 10 shots for Oklahoma State (3-0). LaShawn Jones scored 17 and Brittany Atkins added 14. Bias became the third Oklahoma State player (12th in the Big 12) to record 600 career assists.

Northern Colorado (1-2) was paced by Stephanie Lee with 14 points and Jamie Derrieux added 10. The Bears were held to 34.5 percent shooting, while Oklahoma State made 32-of-59 (54.2 percent) shots.
