WARRENSBURG - The University of Central Missouri Mules got their wrestling season underway with a pair of dual-match wins Friday night.
The Mules beat Labette Community College 41-3 at the UCM Multipurpose Building, then routed Wentworth Military Academy 54-0.
Hunter Neighbors (Jefferson City High School) and Ty Loethen (Helias High School) both went 2-0 on the day.
Competing at 133 pounds, Neighbors posted a 7-0 win against Labette and won by technical fall against Wentworth. Loethen, at 165 pounds, won by fall in 38 seconds against Labette and won by forfeit against Wentworth.
