The Eldon Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for missing Eldon teen Ethel M. Parker.

— The Eldon Police Department has cancelled the Endangered Person Advisory issued last Tuesday, Nov. 5, for missing 16-year-old Ethel M. Parker, who had been missing since an event that occurred the evening of Oct. 28 at Grand Avenue in Eldon.

A possible suspect when the advisory was issued was 21-year-old Harley McFadden, Parker’s boyfriend, who dropped Parker off that evening. Parker allegedly sent a text message to her brother Nov. 1 stating she was not coming back.

As of this morning, Nov. 12, Parker has been located safe in Miller County. No further details will be released at this time, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol news release.
