Trees for the Railroad Park in downtown Russellville will be planted by the Cole County R-1 School FFA Chapter thanks to a $250 Shaping Rural Missouri Grant from FCS Financial.
The Railroad Park is in development. The City Park caboose recently was relocated there and land has been prepared for a new community space.
The high school greenhouse management and landscape class applied for the grant.
