Crews with the Jefferson City Public Works Department will close all but one lane of Dix Road between Missouri Boulevard and U.S. 50 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. today to repair water and sewer lines.
Both northbound lanes of Dix Road and one southbound lane will be closed to traffic. Only one southbound lane will be open. The left-hand and right-hand turn lanes on Missouri Boulevard at Dix Road will be closed to traffic, and travelers will be unable to turn left or right onto Dix Road from Missouri Boulevard during the work.
Crews will continue work on Dix Road, reducing traffic to one lane in both directions between Missouri Boulevard and the U.S. 50 overpass until noon Thursday.
