Prep Baseball: Jamestown 4, Calvary 3

NEW FRANKLIN, Mo. - The Calvary Lutheran Lions saw their season come to a close with a 4-3 loss to Jamestown in Saturday's opening round of the Class 1 District 10 Tournament.

The third-seeded Lions were led on offense by Caleb Propst, who had two hits, one RBI and scored a run.

Also for Calvary, Hance Sommerer had a home run, Bradley MacLaughlin had one hit and one RBI and Wyatt Archer had two hits.

Sixth-seeded Jamestown moves on to face second-seeded New Franklin at 6:45 p.m. Monday.

The Lions end the year with a record of 6-8.
