In the opener, Blair Oaks scored in every inning in taking a 14-4 decision in 41⁄2 innings from School of the Osage.

Blair Oaks, the home team on the scoreboard despite being on the road in the rescheduled game, scored five times in the first, twice in the second, once in the third and six in the fourth.

Austin Galbraith was the winning pitcher, striking out four in four innings. Logan Gratz pitched the fifth.

Osage scored two runs in the second and third innings.

In their second game of the day, the Falcons raced out to a 12-0 lead after their first three at-bats and cruised to a 13-1 win over California in a game shortened to five innings due to the run rule.

The Falcons pushed across three runs in the first inning, two in the second and seven in the third to grab that early lead.

After California got its only run in the bottom of the third, Blair Oaks got the game’s final run in the top of the fifth.
