Dear Editor:
Perhaps over a year ago it dawned on this citizen that our local government had begun spending a great deal of our money on projects that mattered not at all to us; we considered them frivolous but they continued with still more funding to the JCTV channel which was discovered not to be liked or watched by many citizens.
The continued payment should never have been on the agenda of this City Council. It certainly has been one of the most worthless programs among several others undertaken by this council.
And paying into the JCTV service has been going on since 1988. What a waste of money this has proven to be. Perhaps they should refund all the money to our coffers they were paid for this quite worthless project.
