A Holts Summit man died after a one vehicle crash, Wednesday afternoon, in Callaway County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show Brandon Higgins, 23, entered a curve at a high rate of speed on County Road 4037, just north of County Road 4030, at 12:05 p.m.
He lost control, skidded off the left side of the road and struck a mailbox.
The vehicle then began to overturn multiple times causing Higgins, who was not wearing a seat belt, to be ejected from the vehicle.
Higgins was later pronounced dead at University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.

People need to think about how comments like this affect the family and friends of this young man. I happen to know him and he was a good kid. If you don't have sympathy for his family and friends, then you should keep your comments to yourself. Put yourself in their situation and think about how you would feel if someone posted a comment like this ABOUT someone you know...
