The Jefferson City Cosmopolitan Club is awarding three scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each to graduating high school seniors in Cole County under the John A. and Helen R. Cowley Scholarship program.
Applications are available in the counseling office at: Jefferson City High School, Helias Catholic High School, Cole County R-1 Russellville, Cole County R-2 Blair Oaks, Cole County R-5 Eugene and Calvary Lutheran High School. Applications are also available at (573) 395-4817 or [email protected].
