Margaret Kocher, Kocher Childcare, Holts Summit, received the 2013 Terri Lynne Lokoff/Children's TYLENOL National Child Care Teacher award.
She will receive $1,000.
Each of the 52 recipients designed an enhancement project that illustrates the educational, social and emotional benefits for the children in their care. Kocher's project was titled, "The Science Squad: Explore, Expand, Apply."
