A Henley man charged in a sexual assault case was among those indicted this week by the Cole County grand jury.
The indictments indicate jurors believe there was enough evidence to send the case on to the trial court level.
Bradley Luebbering, 39, is charged with one count of forcible rape, two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of second-degree domestic assault and one count of third-degree domestic assault.
Authorities believe Luebbering physically and sexually assaulted a woman in the 12400 block of Sommerer Road last weekend and found blood in several locations where the incident occurred.

Also indicted by the grand jury was a Jefferson City woman charged with growing marijuana in her home in February.
Angela Parker, 36, of 809 Crestmere Court, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
A police probable cause statement shows officers found four marijuana plants being cultivated inside Parker's bedroom.
The marijuana was located inside an enclosed greenhouse equipped with operational electric ventilation fans that were connected to aluminum exhaust ducts, lighting that supplied heat and a floor fan to circulate the heat.
Also indicted by the grand jury was a Holts Summit man charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute in February.
Kevin Hiatte, 46, Holts Summit, is also charged with misdemeanor theft and misdemeanor third-degree assault.
Hiatte was taken into custody after Jefferson City police officers and the department's K9 unit were dispatched to Walmart, 401 Supercenter Drive, for a shoplifter who had fled the store after stealing a number of items.
Hiatte was found hiding in the woods and a search of his vehicle was conducted where officers found a black bag containing four grams of methamphetamine, needles, spoons, a digital scale, baggies and a bottle containing a number of unknown pills in the bed of the truck.

The grand jury indicted a Jefferson City man charged with making threats to come back to his former workplace and shoot people in January.
Oscar Johnson, 22, of 3129 Country Club Drive, has been charged with making a terroristic threat and unlawful possession of a firearm.
A Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement shows Johnson had been terminated from Capitol Plaza Hotel for threatening to harm co-workers on Jan. 18.
Written statements from several co-workers showed Johnson had threatened multiple times to "air out the place."
Later that day, Johnson, a convicted felon on a charge of second-degree burglary, was at an apartment in the 1000 block of Elizabeth Street where he apparently had a gun in his right front pocket and it somehow discharged, leaving him with a wound to his right mid-section.

The grand jury indicted a Jefferson City man charged with violently attacking his girlfriend in January.
Drew Fuller, 36, was charged with two counts of second-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action.
A Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement shows the incident occurred at a residence in the 600 block of Michigan Street.
The woman said she and Fuller had gotten into an argument and he grabbed her by the throat. He then removed a knife from his boot and grabbed her by her ponytail and tried to cut off her hair.
She pulled away from Fuller and as she did so he nearly struck her face with the knife. She tried to run away, but Fuller shoved her to the ground.
At one point, the woman said Fuller told her he would kill her and drag her into the streets before anyone knew what happened.
Eventually she was able to get out and got inside her vehicle, but Fuller chased her. He removed his knife again and slashed one of her tires. He also kicked the car and yelled at her before fleeing the scene.
Fuller was found by officers near the home and had several knives and firearms in his vehicle.

Also indicted was a man from French Village, Mo., charged with felony stealing for taking nearly $5,000 while working as a co-manager at the Jefferson City Country Kitchen on Jefferson Street.
A police department probable cause statement shows Matthew Ball, 30, was responsible for taking care of bank deposits.
Between April 1 and April 8, 2012, six deposits were filled out by Ball, but never arrived at the bank.
After the last missing deposit, Ball left on questionable medical leave and never returned to work.
