EUGENE - Building administrators at Cole County R-5 Schools will receive two-year contracts, as approved by the Board of Education.
At its June meeting, the board also hired Jeff Burrow as an assistant baseball coach and Alexis Smith as the junior high English teacher.
The board also approved the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Model Compliance Plan for special services, a contract with Capital Region Medical Center to provide athletic training services, the updated Comprehensive School Improvement Plan, the updated Coaching Code of Ethics, the 2013-14 Athletic Handbook and the Random Drug Testing Policy.
The bid from Higgins Asphalt was accepted for resurfacing and restriping the parking lot.
The board next will meet at 6 p.m. July 17.
