The Jefferson City Public Schools learned this week that individuals selling textbooks, who claim sales are endorsed by and/or associated with the public schools, are currently soliciting school district patrons.
These salespeople often use the names of school district administrators or teachers in their sales pitch.
JCPS officials said the public should know the school district has nothing to do with these sales and are not affiliated with this company in any way.
