A charge of tampering with school computers against a Linn State Tech College student has been dropped.
However, Joseph Stone, 19, Villa Ridge, will still have to serve five days in the Osage County Jail for pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from January.
A charge of felony stealing was recently dismissed against a Jefferson City woman. Victoria Strickland, 21, had been charged in March.
