MU goes to Vegas for a pair of basketball games in November

The schedule has been set for Missouri men's basketball team in the Las Vegas Invitational this season.

Missouri will host a pair of games to start the event - Gardner-Webb on Saturday, Nov. 23, and IUPUI on Monday, Nov. 25. Game times have yet to be determined. Gardner-Webb finished 21-13 last season, while IUPUI was 6-26.

The Tigers will then play a pair of games in Las Vegas. On Thanksgiving night, Missouri will face Northwestern at 9:30 p.m. (CST), then will play Nevada at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 29.

The Northwestern game will be televised on ESPNU, while the Nevada game will be on ESPN3.com and ESPN Full Court.

The event will be played at the Orleans Arena.

Missouri still has not announced times and television designations for its complete non-conference schedule, which includes home games against UCLA, West Virginia, Southern Illinois and Long Beach State.
