ROSEMONT, Ill. (AP) - Camille Little and Temeka Johnson led a balanced attack with 16 points apiece as the Seattle Storm snapped a three-game losing streak with a 69-60 victory over the Chicago Sky on Tuesday night.
The Storm (5-6) shook off poor early shooting and a 14-point deficit to catch and pass the Sky for a 34-31 lead just before halftime.
Seattle led 54-45 after three quarters and maintained a double-dight lead through most of the fourth quarter as Shekinna Stricklen scored 14 points and Tina Thompson added 10 points and 11 rebounds.
Elena Delle Donne and Epiphanny Prince each scored 12 points. Swin Cash had a game-high 14 rebounds, while Delle Donne added 12 as the Sky (7-4) had their lowest offensive production of the season.
Sun 88, Shock 69
UNCASVILLE, Conn. (AP) - Allison Hightower scored 18 points and had six assists, while Tina Charles added 17 points and 13 rebounds Tuesday night as the Sun snapped a four-game slide.
Iziane Castro Marques scored 15 points for the Sun (3-7) and Kalana Greene added 14.
Riquna Williams led Tulsa (3-11) with 23 points and Glory Johnson scored 10. Tulsa has lost four straight.
Mercury 94, Liberty 87
PHOENIX (AP) - Candice Dupree scored 20 points, including six straight in a key third-quarter sequence, and grabbed seven rebounds, leading the Mercury's fifth straight win.
DaWanna Bonner went 5 of 8 from beyond the 3-point arc and also had 20 points for the Mercury, who have won eight of nine since losing their first three games of the season.
Cappie Pondexter led the Liberty with 17 points and six rebounds. New York has lost three of its last four.
Diana Taurasi, just chosen WNBA Western Conference player of the month, added 16 points and 10 assists on an off-shooting night (5 of 14). Top overall draft pick Brittney Griner had 18 points and five rebounds for the Mercury.
Sparks 96, Lynx 66
LOS ANGELES (AP) - Candace Parker scored 27 points and Kristi Toliver had 14 to lead the Sparks. Parker scored 21 points in the first half and matched her season high in points, adding eight rebounds. Toliver matched a career high with nine assists and Nneka Ogwumike added 12 points and 10 rebounds as the Sparks (6-4) snapped a two-game losing streak. They remained undefeated at home this season.
Lindsay Whalen scored 19 points and Rebekkah Brunson had 18 for the Lynx (7-3), who were blown out in Los Angeles for the second time in 11 days. Minnesota was going for back-to-back wins against the Sparks after a 24-point victory last Friday, but did not get closer than 19 points in the second half.
