Linn State continues program transfer

Linn State Technical College’s regents have approved the certification requirements needed for three Nichols Career Center programs that are shifting to the two-year college next fall.

The board, meeting in Linn Friday morning, OK’d issuing:

• A one-year certificate for students who complete the Dental Assisting Technology program.

• A two-year certificate for Practical Nursing.

• A two-year, Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree for students finishing the Medical Radiologic Technology program.
