Celebrating to the tune of camaraderie, the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce held its 2013 annual Chamber Gala on Friday evening at the Capitol Plaza Hotel.
The event celebrated the many attributes of Jefferson City, and how “in tune” the Chamber of Commerce is with the community and all it has to offer.
A balloon drop started the festivities with five $100 cash giveaways from local sponsors. The Chamber also set time aside last night to recognize a few of its more influential members who stood out among the many.

Must've missed the invite for this event. In tune ? Wonder if another tax vote is wating out there? Wonder how many quality job opportunities the Chamber will lure to JC this year? Wonder if they will lobby the legislature for state employee salary improvements ?

All the chamber ever does is throw parties and socials for itself.
What a waste.
