Council ponders keeping primary election

The Jefferson City Council will need to make a decision in the next few weeks about whether to continue holding primary elections in the future.
At the Administration Committee meeting Wednesday, City Attorney Drew Hilpert laid out three options for council members to consider to deal with the new March primary date.
