Lincoln women hold off Lindenwood

ST. CHARLES, Mo. — Freddie Sims finished with a career-high 22 points as the Lincoln women’s basketball team defeated Lindenwood 72-63 on Saturday in Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association action.

Sims, whose previous high was 20, helped Lincoln rally from an early deficit. She then helped Lincoln hold off Lindenwood’s second-half rally.
