The Helias Lady Crusaders did a little bit of everything well in the first quarter of Friday night's game against Fulton and checked out to a 62-29 victory at Rackers Fieldhouse.
"We knew we had to get a fast start because we have a lot of respect for Fulton," Helias coach Doug Light said. "It's a good team that plays hard and is coached well."
