While both teams had a double-digit lead in the contest, it should come as no surprise Tuesday night’s Helias-Jefferson City game came down to a last-second shot.
Just business as usual when the Crusaders and Jays get together.
Jefferson City led by 10 in the first half, Helias led by the same in the fourth quarter and managed to hold on for a 52-50 win when a 3-pointer by the Jays was short at the buzzer.
In short, the capacity crowd at Rackers Fieldhouse got just what it wanted.
