The Cardinal Caravan will make a visit Friday to Jefferson City.
The event will be held at the Missouri Farm Bureau Center, 701 S. Country Club Drive, starting at 6 p.m.
Players scheduled to attend include outfielder John Jay, pitchers Joe Kelly and Fernando Salas, and minor-league hurler Jordan Swaggerty. Cardinal alumni Tom Lawless and Ray King are slated to attend the event, hosted by Cardinal radio announcer John Rooney.
The first 400 children age 15-and-under will be guaranteed an autograph from each current and former player. No other fans will be allowed to get autographs.
The Royals Caravan will not be making a stop in Jefferson City this year.
The closest location will be Saturday in Warrensburg. The event - featuring pitchers Bruce Chen, Danny Duffy and Will Smith - will be held from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Fitters Pizza and Pub, 131 W. Pine St.
