Upper-end town houses lead building permits

Dave Burks Construction in December was issued a building permit allowing the company to continue construction on a planned group of 40 upper-end town houses in the Schellridge Subdivision.

Burks has built 16, and the timeline for the rest depends on “just how the economy is going,” he said.
