Firm to ask school board to hire security guards

Company leaders with the firm J&J Security and Investigations said they plan to confront the Jefferson City Board of Education at its regularly scheduled meeting Thursday.
Jim Clark, owner and CEO of the firm, said his members plan to implore board members to hire uniformed security officers to guard the city’s public schools.
