“Four ingredients. Zero shortcuts.” This slogan sums up the vision behind a new beer arriving in Jefferson City.

A member of the legendary Busch family has expanded his own brewing company to keep the Busch legacy alive, while giving Mid-Missourians a taste of something “powerful.”

William “Billy” Busch established the William K Busch Brewing Company in 2011 after years of overseeing and assisting operations at Grant’s Farm in St. Louis.

The president and CEO of the new brewing company was on hand Wednesday night for the annual “Taste of Jefferson City” event to announce the company’s expansion into Central Missouri and pass out samples of his product.
