JCTV events set for February

JCTV is starting to lock in plans for February fundraisers to help make up for the gap in the station’s 2013 budget.

At the JCTV Steering Committee meeting Thursday, station manager Gloria Enloe went through plans for a concert/BBQ fundraising event, as well as plans for a “phone-a-thon” to be held in mid-February.

JCTV has been tasked with raising $55,000 to keep the station operating until November 2013, when the city’s new fiscal year begins.
