Missouri will be without the services of forward Laurence Bowers for at least two games after he sprained the MCL in his right knee Tuesday.
Bowers underwent an MRI on Wednesday that revealed the sprain. The test also revealed there is no damage to Bowers’ ACL.
Missouri plays Saturday night at Mississippi before hosting Georgia on Wednesday.
Bowers injured his knee with a little less than six minutes left in Missouri’s 82-66 win against Alabama. He appeared to bang his knee into Phil Pressey before going to the ground. He limped off the court and did not return.
