Belle man charged in drug raid

A Belle man has been charged after a weekend drug bust in Osage County.

Tom Cartwright, 56, is charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor count of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

According to Osage County Sheriff’s Department reports, the sheriff’s department, assisted by the Missouri Highway Patrol, the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group and the Belle Police Department executed a search warrant Saturday night at 121 Long Horn Lane near Bland.
