Deputies arrest four after armed home invasion
Sunday, January 6, 2013
An armed home invasion in Holts Summit Friday led to the arrest Saturday of four Jefferson City residents for robbery, burglary and armed criminal action.
Arrested and held in Callaway County Jail on $75,000 bond each are:
• Donaco Collins, 39, Jefferson City.
• Clyde Mosby, 33, Jefferson City.
• Anthony Alexander, 19, Jefferson City.
• Kily Marlar, 22, Jefferson City.
Sgt. Clay Chism of the Callaway County Sheriff’s Office said deputies at 4 p.m. Friday responded to the Evergreen apartment complex at 10949 Evergreen Drive near Holts Summit for a reported disturbance involving a firearm.
When deputies arrived, a victim reported four intruders had forced their way into his apartment.
The victim said one of the four intruders pointed a pistol at him. He said while the intruders were inside his residence they stole property from him.
When deputies arrived the intruders had fled.
An investigation led deputies to Jefferson City because it was believed that the intruders were from there.
With the assistance of Jefferson City Police, potential witnesses and suspects were identified. Numerous people were interviewed by investigating deputies during the night.
As a result of the investigation all four suspects were arrested Saturday and each charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and armed criminal action.

How did one of the Liberal conglomerate posters put it recently on this forum?
Something like "the mythical home invasion scenario" gun enthusiast like to claim about home defense.
Want to lay odds on that firearm being legal?
