No. 12 Missouri on upset alert as Bucknell comes to Mizzou Arena

COLUMBIA, Mo. - No one has ever accused the Missouri basketball team of scheduling difficult teams in the last few years, especially when it comes to home games.

But as the Tigers close out the nonconference portion of the schedule and prepare for their inaugural game in the Southeastern Conference, Missouri has stepped away from its usual source of opponents.

The 12th-ranked Tigers (10-2) host Bucknell (13-2) at 3 p.m. today at Mizzou Arena.

Although not a household name, the Bison enter today's contest with a 13-2 record and a No. 34 spot in the Ratings Power Index (according to CBS Sports), which measures a team based on record and strength of schedule. That's two spots ahead of Missouri.
