Dale Schnieders, Jefferson City, won $20,000 playing the Missouri Lottery Cash Spectacular game. He purchased the winning Scratchers ticket at Walmart, 718 W. Stadium Blvd.
He and his wife plan to use the winnings to continue restoration of their farmhouse.
Schnieders plans to retire from the tree service at the end of the year.
