Please let's "signage and crosswalk" and slow for pedestrians and flashing lights and speed-regulated school zone/pedestrian zone the Dunklin Street area - Board of Education, Employment Security, Simonsen School.
This a heavy pedestrian area with students, state employees and the public trying to navigate Dunklin Street and the side streets to get to their destinations. The cars on Dunklin Street are navigating through this area too fast.
The latest incident involving a pedestrian hit by a vehicle should incite immediate attention to this area.
