The Columbia College athletic department announced Saturday the recipients of the athletic director's honor roll for the 2012 fall semester.
The award is bestowed to those who achieve at least a 3.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale during the fall semester.
Several area athletes were honored. They were:
• Women's basketball - Julie Teeple (Versailles High School).
• Men's basketball - Zach Rockers (Helias High School).
• Women's soccer - Madi Nichols (Helias High School).
• Softball - Taylor Richter (Blair Oaks High School), Kristin Eiken (Blair Oaks High School), Marli Hayes (Jefferson City High School), Whitni Howell (Jefferson City High School) and Tiffany Urwiler (School of the Osage High School).
• Men's golf - Levi Elder (Blair Oaks High School).
• Women's golf - Mikayla Knaebel (Blair Oaks High School).
