A Jefferson City woman and a Nebraska man are charged with stealing nearly $1,000 worth of materials from the Missouri River Regional Library.
Jennifer Harper, 26, 1012 Elizabeth St., and Brian Bradley, 31, are each charged with felony stealing and identity theft.
A Jefferson City Police Department probable cause statement shows the two checked out materials in July using another person's library card and never returned the items.
All but four of the items were found in Harper's apartment during a search in November.
The two also ordered cellphones from two different companies in August, using the same victim's identity, and had the phones shipped to Harper's apartment.
