Girls Basketball: Calvary Lutheran 51, Malta Bend 11

Calvary Lutheran jumped out to a 19-4 lead after the first quarter and downed Malta Bend 51-11 Friday night at Trinity Lutheran.

The Lady Lions extended their lead to 33-6 at halftime and 47-11 after three quarters.

Kara Wehmeyer led Calvary with 24 points and 18 rebounds. Kimberly Ousley added 15 points and 10 rebounds.

The Lions (2-12) play again Monday against the Missouri School for the Deaf.
