Linn 71, Russellville 63

LINN — Russellville had three players in double figures but it wasn’t enough as it dropped a 71-63 decision Monday to Linn.

The Lady Wildcats led 23-19 after the first quarter and 39-33 at halftime. They opened up a nine-point lead after three quarters.

Hannah Campbell led the way for Russellville with 20 points. Kennedy Volkart added 16 points and 13 rebounds while A.J. Grellner finished with 12 points.

Russellville (11-11) hosts Tuscumbia on Saturday.

Linn (11-11) plays Friday at Chamois.

Russellville won the JV game 45-19. Jordan Barnhart finished with 10 points for Russellville.
