Mike Moffat helps people with their computer problems.
As a help desk technician for the Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator, Moffat is part of a seven-person team that handles about 500 calls every day.
"We help the court clerks and judges keep their computer and information systems up and running," Moffat explained. "They call us, and we do our darndest to solve the problem."
The group helps court employees who work at all levels of the Missouri court system - from the associate courts to the Supreme Court.
