An Osage Beach man was killed in a one vehicle crash in Miller County, Tuesday night.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the accident occurred on Midway Road, just north of Cave Road, around 11:40 p.m.
Kenneth Parsons, 63, crossed the center line and ran off the left side of the road, striking an embankment. The vehicle became airborne, struck a tree and overturned, partially ejecting Parsons who was not wearing a seat belt.
The vehicle came to rest off the road and on it's top.
Parsons was pronounced dead at the scene.
His passenger, Eugena Parsons, 55, Eldon, was treated for serious injuries. She was not wearing a seat belt.
