I read Bob Kettler's letter to the editor Dec. 8. I wonder if he realizes that Barack Hussein Obama declared a war on coal?
He is complaining about Ameren's energy rates. I wonder if he remembers how liberals hate nuclear energy which is the cheapest, cleanest in the world and now have turned their attention to hating coal. A rural electric cooperative had to close its coal power plant in Chamois due to the liberal war on coal. If a company such as Ameren has to pay more for coal what else can they do except raise electric rates?
It is high time that Americans stop the liberal Earth worship and again thank our Creator for all of the energy creating resources he has given this nation.
