What with folks busy with shopping, cooking, decorating for the holiday season bearing down on us, I thought a heads up is required regarding our energy supplier.
A reminder, we are just a few months away until the Missouri Legislative sessions begins. Don't be fooled by the quietness emanating from Ameren.
You can rest assure that they have already schemed on how they are going to get at our hard-earned money. I'm sure many schemes have been looked at, but which one they ploy is anyone's guess.
Our energy costs have skyrocketed, while our income has increased only a fraction of that. The rate increases have only benefited their upper management and shareholders.
There is no difference between them and some retail companies also consumed by greed.
