SEDALIA - The Jefferson City Jays started their season off on the right foot Thursday night as they rolled to a 71-46 victory agianst the Sedalia Smith-Cotton Tigers.
O.G. Anunoby paced the Jays with 22 points, while Harold Robertson Jr. added 17.
Jefferson City (1-0) plays Liberty North at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the Norm Stewart Classic at Columbia College.
Jefferson City won the JV game 42-35.
